It must have been one or maybe two years ago when I started working with Blynk and purchased extra energy points via my IOS app with which I had a lot of fun; together with my local Blynk server. Since maybe one year or so I have not been using Blynk and the IOS app anymore simply because I had other things to do. Today I returned and opened the IOS app and found that all my old projects were gone and even worse also my energy points which I purchased then (in the past).
What happened to my old energy points ? Can you add them to my account again ?
PS 1: I noticed that I had to register myself again on the IOS app with a (new) user account.
For this I used the same email again as I used then (in the past).
PS 2: I do not mind paying for your excellent Blynk concept with energy points, but I do not like it when something that I payed for is suddenly gone after some app upgrades.
