With iOS 12 users can set custom Siri commands for apps that support Siri Shortcuts. For example, Blynk could add a shortcut to buttons and the user configures that action with a custom phrase.
“Start water flow” > Blynk > press button V12

I believe you can do a lot already using Blynk http API and standard actions. Something like: URL -> Get Contents of URL -> Get Dictionary from Input -> Get Dictionary Value -> If(Otherwise) -> Text -> Speak Text
