Account lost - can no longer log in

I have been using Blynk for number of months, but about a week ago, I could no longer log in from the phone app. If I try to reset the password, it says my email address does not exist in the database.

Any ideas?

Okay - I used the custom IP and now can get back in. I haven’t changed anything here… same location, same ISP, etc. Why would the Geo-DNS cause a problem?

Probably your provider changed routing somewhere. Indeed we have already fix for that. But we have to wait until more people will migrate to latest library.

Also it could be DNS cache issue or something like that. Indeed there are a bunch of possible reasons.
