I don’t have the same hardware, so all I can do is explain the differences between the ADC on the Uno/Mega and the NodeMCU - which I’ve done.
This really isn’t a Blynk issue, and you’d be far better searching for examples which use your hardware, get one of them working for you, then adding-in the Blynk part.
This has been suggested already…
but you don’t seem to want to take that advice.
