[Troubleshooting] Account and projects disappeared

I have seen “User is not registered” on blynk app, because I did not use it for more than 1 year.
I just creat same account (info@naturescene.jp), now.
Could you restore my projects and energy ?

Hi i have seen “user not registered” on the Blynk app, because i did not use it for a while. After i log in and change my password, all my projects are gone. Is There any hope of restoring the lost project or is it fully gone, my login email is asyrafhanafi03@gmail.com
