Actually I see 2 cases:
- Offline, and phone can connect to the device directly
- Periodically online (connecting via gateway)
The first one will take some time to integrate on the App side, but we’re definitely going to support this!
For the second case I have already a working prototype:

This has a benefit that more services will be available, device will be still available over internet.
